I would like to report and commend honor brother Fangzy of the Pirate Wing. I had thought him lost but apparently he still lives. His bravery and courage in battle is something that I have not seen in ages.

I started launching from the Barrier Gate Station. I headed to Pennsylvania to hunt down and TSOD ships in the area.

I ran into Brother Fangzy there. It seems that the Navy Sige Cruiser tagged as the Golden.Blade was attacking rogues in the system. Unlawfuls were scattered and dropping like flies on a hot, sunny day.

He was rallying the remaining forces to launch an assault on the Cruiser. I joined the battle group but let him call the shots because I wanted to see what he was truly capable of.

He mustered up what forces he could which also included The Black Moon. I have my reservations against this terrorist but seeing that only a handful of rogues survived the slaughter, I kept silent. I did wait for him to make just one mistake, one reason for me to destroy him once and for all.

We wanted to wait for more rogues to answer the call. Unfortunately, the Golden Blade was getting too close to Niverton Base. I knew that something had to be done before it was discovered.

I ordered the Battle group to move away from Niverton and let Brother Fangzy take command of the group.

He was splendid. His orders were clear and easy to understand. We provided diversions to keep the Cruisers' guns busy while the Black Moon and Blue Devil Bombed and eventually, obliterated this Navy Cruiser.

I would like to recommend him to be promoted as Enforcer of the Pirate wing. I believe that this wing will benefit from his expertise.

Hm, interesting. i have one thing against this though.

It was me, Fangzy, Blue Devil, and Requite (whom i still dont know), and they couldn't take down one Liberty bomber, Mr Green. I didn't engage completely, i wanted to see how well they flew. They couldn't take it down, even though I repeadedly took out its shields with my missles, as well as did about 1/4 of its hull damage. i whittled it down to no shield batteries, and still they could not take it down.

Eventually, a Bounty Hunter named Skre.Aleski or something, and he joined the fight. And all three of them were shot down. How 2 spatials and a Werewolf were killed by two bombers escapes me. So I will not bring under consideration of the Triumvirate his approval of promotion. If he so exceeds the call of duty again, we will discuss the matter. Until then, no, he will not be promoted to Enforcer.

Hello Wulfe,

I was afraid this would happen. Though Requite is an excellent pilot, he has some...reservations when it comes to bounty hunters. He will, make a show of a fight and eject each time, every time. I don't take that against him.

He is primarily assigned to assist and protect all SOP and LR vessels according to priority. His main targets are the TSOD, The Black Moon and Crome.

I do not know why he flies under the SOP flag. That was not part of any favors I asked him.

I recently heard that you killed Crome. If so, congratulations! It was about time that you lay him to rest.

As for Green, He is very skilled. I encountered him a few times before and he has made it so that he damaged the Blind Eye considerably. I would say the same for his Guardian, it wasn't in such good shape the last time I saw it.
