First the Bad news:
We are going to lose our hold on Beth Station in Penn, that's far as RP is concerned.

An event for the SOP and the LR is under construction between Frost and Myself and I'm hoping Wulfe can join too. It is based on that RP link that I posted above. I've sent a message to Wulfe as he'll be the star of this event. Anyone who has any suggestions, please come forward or post.
Now for Bulldog's offer.
Earlier Today, Bulldog the LR Crimeboss made a proposal to Zoe.
Here it is.
The LR is willing to cease all hostilities against SoP if we are willing to comply with the following conditions:
-Protect and Support all SOS ships.
-Provide assistance if the LR need it.
-Provide 45 m a month to the LR (the original amount was higher but Zoe was able to haggle)
-Ask permission from the LR or those in command via RP or Forum if we need to visit other systems or use their ships.
In return the SoP will get:
-Niverton Base, full docking and privileges, including amenities.
(This base is ideal for hunting/taxing those going in and out through the California Jump Hole.)
-Permission to hunt/Tax in Penn.
-Protection from other factions
-Access to LR ships without being accused of stealing it.
-the Black Moon will be destroyed on sight by LR.
I may have missed a few but this is more or less what the talk was about.
This is not final. It was proposed by Bulldog himself. I hope that the Triumvirate can read this and provide their feedback soon.
Negotiating with them or going to war is both fine with me. Frankly, I'm glad that this entire RP deal is working out.
